Behind every successful company, there are numbers that are understood, mastered… and used intelligently.

For a long time, even before working in finance and accounting, I worked in technical and industrial fields, particularly in electromechanics. Like many entrepreneurs and professionals, I was focused on my business, on the field, on doing a good job… but not necessarily on the numbers.

And that's when I understood something essential:

One can be competent in one's profession… and yet lose a great deal of time, money and energy due to poor accounting management or inadequate support.

I found myself, like many today:

with accounting documents that are difficult to understand;
decisions made without real visibility;
poorly explained charges and obligations;
cash flow is sometimes difficult to predict;
and above all this feeling of being controlled by my accounting instead of calmly managing my business.

Very often, leaders don't need to be spoken to using complicated terms.
They need help to understand, to decide, and to move forward.

That's precisely what changed my path.

Instead of remaining in the dark, I decided to seriously train myself in banking, finance and accounting.

PhD candidate in Business Administration, MBA in Financial Engineering, diploma in Expert Level Accounting Manager, Banking Technical Institute, Banking License, BTS Banking & Finance… for years, I have learned, worked and gained experience in the field to truly understand the functioning of businesses and finances.

I have supported thousands of clients, analyzed hundreds of cases, and trained students and professionals undergoing career transitions. And the further I progressed, the more one conviction became clear:

No entrepreneur should be afraid of their numbers.
No leader should move forward without understanding their financial situation.
And no business should be held back by a lack of human and educational support.

That's why I created OMBOERE Accounting & Training.

I created OMBOERE partly because I wanted to offer a different kind of support. Support where we take the time to explain things, support that is human, accessible, professional, and genuinely useful for entrepreneurs.
