The accounting, consulting and training services offered by OMBOERE are personalized services.
Any service that has commenced is considered due.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• Before the start of the service: a partial refund may be considered.

• Once the service has begun: no refund will be issued for work already completed.

For training courses:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may result in a postponement or partial refund.

• Any unjustified absence will not entitle you to a refund.

The firm may examine certain exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
